Mince pies and hot drinks at the finish for all...

This social run is organised by Tony Mackness
You participate at your own risk.

You will cross busy roads which are used by..... motor vehicles (Please look both ways before crossing).
Roads and paths may be slippy. It may be icy, or cold there may be snow on the ground.
There may be rain or puddles and you could get your feet wet.
Nothing out of the ordinary, and exactly what you could expect for a December morning.

If you are not happy with the conditions then PLEASE do not run. It's your call.
I do not accept any responsibility for injuries, accidents, loss or damage.

We are all runners who love to run and understand the risks involved.
Health and Safety nonsense. Just use your common sense. 'Nuff said !
