Come and join us on my thirteenth annual Christmas Cracker run.
It's not a race it's a social run for all abilities.
No registration required just turn up and run, but please let me know if you are running
so I have enough mince pies and drinks. I don't want anyone to go home disappointed !

There is no charge for taking part, but please bring some spare change with you to donate to Muscular Dystrophy.

 You will cross busy roads which are used by..... motor vehicles (Please look both ways before crossing). 
Roads and paths may be slippy. It may be icy, or cold there may be snow on the ground. 
There may be puddles and you could get wet feet. 
Nothing out of the ordinary, and exactly what you could expect for a December morning.

If you are not happy with the conditions then PLEASE do not run. It's your call.
